The physio visit revealed fairly good progress so I went out for a few easy miles later in the afternoon, consisting of my usual West End route except starting via Maryhill Road, 3.39 miles in 26:31 for a 7:50/mile average. Pace splits: 7:59, 7:50, 7:48, 7:29.
