7.9 miles slow

In the evening I went out with Natasha for a combination of our usual West End routes, heading up Maryhill Road to Shakespeare Street and then down Hyndland Road to Sauchiehall Street. We managed an average of 9:00/mile in the snow for 5.25 miles or so, then I ran a loop of Queen Margaret Drive and Napiershall Street on my own to bring the total up to 7.85 miles. It took a while to get moving any faster in the cold, but I managed to push my average pace down to 8:21/mile by the end.
