Ran the usual West End route in the evening, wearing the death boots for a change. Shin pain seemed a bit less than usual although the Nimbus felt as heavy as ever. Managed some reasonable splits after the first mile, finishing the 3.86 miles in 26:46, average pace 6:56/mile, HR 152.
