Didn't feel too great and waited until the rain had gone off before I went out for a few miles in the Newton Motus, down Garscube Road to Cowcaddens, along Great Western Road to Kirklee Road and back home via Shakespeare Street and Maryhill Road. Finished the 4.08 miles in 29:20 for a 7:12/mile average, HR 147. Felt slow but the HR zone percentages were OK.
