Went out in the afternoon for the usual West End route, extended via Cleveden Drive and, as it seemed to be going OK, right down Great Western Road and Phoenix Road to Cowcaddens and back up Garscube Road. Wore the death boots to avoid wearing out the Distance S. Finished the 4.56 miles in 32:59, average pace 7:14/mile, HR 157.
